🎥 Change of Designated Client Contact

 I walk you through the process of updating the client profile for a client when the main contact leaves the company. 

This Covers: 

  • Update the client profile by designating a new main contact.
  • Input the new contact's details, such as name, email address, and phone number, into the profile.
  • Remove the departing contact's email address from all export email lists to ensure they no longer receive communications.
  • Disable the departing contact's access to the platform to prevent unauthorized use.
