I'm going to defer to Matt for his guidance on this one. I believe the reason that it was marked "no" is because of this in the narrative:

Overall, the meal was a bit lackluster. That was because the Luau Pig and its drippings tasted mostly greasy. It was moist but had little smoky-salty taste. I used the pineapple barbecue sauce to try and mask the greasy taste.

However, the shopper also only gave a 3 for the overall rating, so points were lost for that as well. Probably because of the same reason shopper marked NO for the pork.
