This is a quick and easy way to see how shoppers are typically answering questions. This will help you if you are not 100% sure the shopper was correct (i.e. this location has no restroom, this location has no dumpster, I didn’t see a manager, etc.) While it won’t give you the answer always, it’s a good tool to look up typical responses to help you decide what to do with a question.
