2. 📅 Check End Date

Is the shop within the final 5 days of the month or assignment period? Check the end date in survey explorer for the TRUE last day to be completed. That is only visible on our end. The shoppers do not see the end date. 

  • If YES: Stop and ask scheduler before taking action
  • If NO: Proceed to next step

3. 🔄 Check Shop Swap Availability

In the survey explorer, check for available shops matching the correct time/type to see if there is on available we can easily swap it for. 

  • If YES: Pause and ask scheduler about swapping
  • If NO: Proceed to next step

4. 🚧 No Swaps Available - Hard Location

  1. Ask the scheduler to Archive and replace the shop
  2. Do NOT notify the shopper yet
  3. Wait for scheduler confirmation that we can not use the shop.  We may sometimes make exceptions.
  4. If confirmed unusable, email the shopper if the shop cannot be used, inviting them to contact the scheduler if they would like to attempt it another day.

5. 📋 No Swaps Available - Easy Location

  1. Ask the scheduler to Archive and replace the shop
  2. Email the shopper if the shop cannot be used, inviting them to contact the scheduler if they would like to attempt it another day.
