This is the prompt I would use if I couldn't use a report and had to notify a shopper we couldn't pay them.
No Pay Prompt:
I am going to send feedback to a mystery shopper letting them know our client would not accept their survey (will list reasons). Be friendly and apologetic. Give them tips for next time. .
Rest of the feedback should look like this:
Hi ShopperFirstName,
Thank you for completing the mystery shop at XXX.
(put feedback here) Make it in easy to read bullet points.
