Shopper Feedback Prompt

I am preparing to send feedback to a mystery shopper and will include a note that I want added to the feedback. Since the notes haven’t been sent yet, avoid using past tense. Be kind and let them know this is some feedback for their reference. Make the note with a very friendly and relatable tone. 

The feedback format should be:

Hi ShopperFirstName,

Thank you for completing the mystery shop at (add client name)!

(feedback presented in simple, easy-to-read bullet points)
