Perplexity Editing Prompt + Video Instructions on How to Use

Here's how to leverage Perplexity to verify answer consistency throughout your narrative. This also covers instructions on setting up prompts, also known as projects, in Perplexity.

Below is the prompt it created for me. If you copy and paste this as a project, it should work exactly like mine works:

Prompt:

Review this survey and identify only inconsistencies or items that need a closer look.

Instructions:

- Cross-reference every survey answer against the narrative/comments.- Anything marked YES or scored positively does not necessarily need supporting narrative. Do not flag it unless it conflicts with the narrative.

- Every NO, negative answer, or lost-point item must be supported by a comment or explanation somewhere in the narrative that clearly explains why that answer was selected.

- Flag any NO/negative response that is not supported by the narrative.

- Flag any answer that contradicts the narrative, appears scored incorrectly, or has insufficient explanation to justify a negative score.

- Do not rewrite the survey, summarize it, praise it, or list items that appear correct.

- Only provide the inconsistencies and items that need review.

Format each finding like this:

- Question/section:

- Selected answer:

- Narrative support or conflict:

- Why it needs review:
