📅 Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: 1 Shops per month per quarter. Client lets us know when they are ready to start the next round.
Rotation: 90 Days Firm. Would like even longer, since we only do them once per quarter.
Shopper Selection:
Try to select shoppers that haven't done them in even longer than the 90 days rotation if possible, since we only do them once per quarter.

✏️ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.
⏰️ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. Right now, these are all dinner.

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: We are flexible since we only do one per quarter. In rare cases requiring a redo, we can adjust the timeframe.
