โ ๏ธ โ๏ธ ๐ซ Client Concerns
Sending the same shopper back too often, shoppers not ordering required items. This client usually calls me with complaints about shoppers, rather than email.
๐ Shop Type: Lunch Dine In, Dinner Dine In,
Shopper Pay: $15
Reimbursement: $25
๐
Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: 4 Shops per Month per location, two lunch, two dinner. It doesn't have to be exactly weekly but spread apart over the month.
Rotation: 60 Days Firm, longer if possible due to client concerns
Shopper Selection:
I try to select the best shoppers for these, with at least an 8 rating or higher. The client is very picky and often challenges results. Double-check all notes to ensure accuracy.
Blackout Dates
-
-
Sunday - Only because some locations are closed on Sunday. If a shopper happens to do it on a Sunday and it is open, it's okay.
-
Make sure shops are at least 2 days apart.
What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Look at all shops for the month for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.
Scheduler Notes: The main issue is rotation, blackout dates
โ๏ธ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.
โฐ๏ธ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the meal period, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.
๐
Wrong Date:
-
If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled too close to another shop.
Notes for Editor:
Ensure that the shopper has ordered all the required items. If it's a corporate location, a warning will suffice. If it's the franchisee, we should not use the shop. The franchisee is more particular than the corporate entity. Corporate locations include Mansfield and Flower Mound. The franchisee owns locations in Fort Worth and Colleyville.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: Consult the scheduler due to the frequency.
