📅 Scheduling Concerns: 

Shop Frequency:    Services are provided whenever the client requests a visit.
Rotation:   60 days
Shopper Selection: These opportunities are ideal for new shoppers.
Blackout Dates: There are no blackout dates.
Rescheduling: We offer flexibility in rescheduling.

Notes: If a score of 70% or below is received, another shop visit is automatically scheduled for two weeks later to allow for coaching and reevaluation.

 

✏️ Editing Concerns:   

 Missing Photos:  This hasn't happened yet. We'll explore alternative ways to verify the shop's integrity. The client didn't request business cards or exterior photos; I asked for them as proof of the shop.

📅 Wrong Date/Time: 

  • No specific dates or times for these. Do not allow them to do before their start date, though, without checking with Julie.  The reason is that when we have a 70% or below, I release another shop for at least 2 weeks later. So if they do it 2 weeks early, it's too soon.  They are allowed to do the shop anytime between their start and due date. 

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo:   Just don't give them too much time (3-4 days)
