The client is expected to be fairly easygoing, making this a flexible and manageable program to execute. However, it’s crucial that shops are scheduled and completed every week to meet the client’s expectations. They have complained already when one location not scheduled for more than one week.

๐Ÿ› Shop Type:   Lunch Dine In, Dinner Dine In, Late Night Dine In

  • Pay is $15 per shop.
  • Reimbursement is up to $50.
  • Late-night shops can be bonused if needed.

  • All Late Night Shops are more difficult

๐Ÿ“…  Scheduling Concerns:

Shop Frequency: Shops will be conducted weekly, alternating between lunchdinner, and late-night meal periods. The client prefers randomization, so meal periods can be swapped as long as there is an even number of each over time.

Rotation:   30 days if possible, can make exceptions.

Blackout Dates: No two shops on the same day, but try to get at least a couple days apart. 

What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule:  Look at all shops for the week for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.

Scheduler Notes:  Make sure all get scheduled every week.

โœ๏ธ Editing Concerns:   

 Missing Photos:  With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine.  Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.

โฐ๏ธ Wrong Time:  If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong meal period, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.

๐Ÿ“… Wrong Date: 

  • If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled too close to another shop.

Shopper Reimbursement Notes for Editor: 
Do not remove parking receipts. While I don't publicly advertise it, if a shopper asks for $2 parking reimbursement for a location without parking, open an RFA and I will give it to them.
