β οΈ βοΈ π« Client Concerns - Julie
This client reviews video footage and receipts frequently and often requests re-scores, mainly because the shoppers tend to be too lenient, while they penalize employees harshly for poor evaluations. Ensure all details are double-checked. Shoppers must leave a 20% tip, as the client has raised concerns about low tipping. Stick to the 60-day rotation as promised, as the client has noted frequent use of the same shoppers by their previous provider.
π½οΈ Shop Type: Lunch Dine In, Dinner Dine In, Bar (Shopper can pick lunch or dinner time frame).
Shopper Pay: $15
Reimbursement: $68
βCan be Difficult Locations:
Goleta
San Luis Obispo
Santa Barbara
π Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: 3 Shops per Month per location
Rotation: 60 Days Firm
Shopper Selection:
I try to select the best shoppers for these, with at least an 8 rating or higher. The client is very picky and often challenges results. Double-check all notes to ensure accuracy.
π« Blackout Dates
No shops within 3 days from another (If we get desperate, this rule can be broken)t
π What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Look at all shops for the month for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.
Scheduler Notes: Main issue is rotation, blackout dates, and shopper needs to have a great rating.
βοΈ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.
β°οΈ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong time, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.
π Wrong Date:
If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure itβs not scheduled too close to another shop.

This client changes survey questions (specifically the drink they have to suggest) frequently.
If they don't tip 20%, we may have to redo it. Speak to Julie and we'll talk about it on a case by case basis.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: For these, I honestly would not ask a shopper to redo. If they do it so completely wrong that we can't use it, they are already out at least $68. I would just ask scheduler to help Archive & Replace.
