This client checks video footage and asks for a re-score frequently. They also are known to ask me ask a shopper why they answered something a certain way.
🍽️ Shop Type: Lunch Dine In, Dinner Dine In, Carryout (Anytime within 30 min of opening and closing).
Shopper Pay: $10 carryout, $15 dine-in
Reimbursement: $40 carryout, $50 dine-in

Stephenville almost impossible to get a new shopper there.
📅 Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: 6 Shops per Month per location, if they score less than 90% they want me to post an additional shop for that location. I do this when the exports go out, and I see a score less than 90%.
Rotation: 30 days

🔄 What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Look at all shops for the month for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.
Scheduler Notes: Some shoppers in Stephenville aren't able to make the recorded call, so you can't assign them a carryout. Kim has been making the calls for these shoppers when she can.
✏️ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.
⏰️ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong time, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.
📅 Wrong Date:

If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled same day as another shop.
Notes for Editor: The client is very picky and often challenges results. Double-check all notes to ensure accuracy. One things shoppers seem to miss is name tags.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: For these, I honestly would not ask a shopper to redo. If they do it so completely wrong that we can't use it, they are already out usually at least $40. I would just ask scheduler to help Archive & Replace. If it's Stephenville we need to try to make sure that we can use it if any way possible.
