πŸ“…  Scheduling Concerns:

Shop Frequency:    6 Shops per Period (4 week periods)

Rotation:   No more than two shops per period

Blackout Dates:   No two shops on the same day, no more than two shops in a week.

What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule:  See what is scheduled already for the day they want, and also where we are in the period. Here’s the article with periods.

Scheduler Notes:  Because these are so frequent, check each week to see which locations have multiple shops. We have the 4th week for makeup shops, but since we can only do two per week,  we can't get behind.   Bulk email, text for shops not scheduled.

Dates:

✏️ Editing Concerns:

Missing Photos:  With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Dumpster photo, as long as no point deduction for dumpster.  Receipt, see if they have the bag tag or a bank screenshot.

Wrong Time:  If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong meal period, check for an available shop in pending apps, to see if there is something we can swap with so we can save the shop for the shopper.

Notes for the editor: This client checks video and asks for rescores (multiple times per day). Make sure all no answers are backed up, or nothing was checked incorrectly.

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo:   See what is scheduled already for the day they want, and also where we are in the period.
