đź“…  Scheduling Concerns:

Shop Frequency:    2 Shops per Month (One lunch, one dinner)

Rotation:   60 Days (or longer if possible)

Blackout Dates:   At least 3 days apart. Client didn't say, just want to make sure they aren't too close together.

What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule:  See what is scheduled already for the day they want, and also where we are in the month.  I am trying to set it up like Salata where we do one meal period first half, another meal period second half.

Scheduler Notes:  Nothing strange as of yet.

✏️ Editing Concerns:

Missing Photos:  With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good jugment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine.

Wrong Time:  Warn the shopper if it's an hour off. If completely incorrect, check for a shop to arrange a swap.

If they don’t tip 20%, it’s not a dealbreaker. I only added that in there because the client pays a flat fee (at their request) so I didn’t want them to think we are just trying to spend the minimum amount and pocketing the rest.

Not ordering correct food items:  The menu is flexible. They just need to get enough food so they get close to the reimbursement. The client wanted a flat fee, so we just don't want to have the shoppers just go in order a side of chips and salsa.   This would result in looking like we are trying to cut costs, and keep more.  So in the guidelines, shoppers have been confused on what to order, but it really doesn't matter. We just want them to spend a decent amount.

Alcohol Purchase:  As for dinner shops, they do require alcohol. For the time being, if shoppers do not order alcohol, warn the shopper for next time and tell them that it may not be accepted. If it seems you are getting a lot of these, let Julie know.

Notes for the editor: Nothing strange, as of yet.

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo:   See what is scheduled already for the day they want, and also where we are in month.  We must be done by end of month, so try not to put too close to the end.
