โ ๏ธ โ๏ธ ๐ซ Client Concerns
We do shops monthly. Each month the client sends me the scenario for the n ext month. It always changes. I change it in the guidelines. These shops are super easy to do as a shopper, but very difficult to schedule. Often require bonuses for the in person shops.

Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: One shop per month.
Rotation: 1 year per client for walk-ins, 60 days for phone shops. If it's been at least 9 months and the shopper has only visited that location one time, I’ll assign just under a year. I do not restrict shoppers from applying if they are outside of rotation, simply because if they do a phone shop, they wouldn't be able to see walk-in shops. So you have to mark "reviewed" on a lot that we can't assign.
Blackout Dates: None - as long as they are open.
What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Within reason, as long as we have time in the month.
Scheduler Notes: Make sure all get scheduled. May have to resort to bonuses.
โ๏ธ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: This rarely happens. We'll look at on a case by case basis.
โฐ๏ธ Wrong Time: They can shop any time bank open.
๐
Wrong Date:
-
There are no wrong dates, unless it's a holiday, or closed.
Notes for Editor: Make sure there is an audio recording for the phone call. Read the scenario each month. Phone call shop and in person will have the same scenario. For the "Deposit Services" location, make sure they speak to someone in Deposit Services.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: They can redo a phone call if needed, but not an in person visit. That would be too odd. They will be remembered. Several of these branches are in rural areas where they already know everyone and will remember a stranger.
