Biggest concern is rotation. It is currently at 90 days but client would like it to be more, so I try to make it longer.  They think they know who the shoppers are.  They have mentioned this multiple times. 

Concepts Include:  Mex, Social Kitchen, Comos, The Common Grill and Beau's Grillery.  Each location has 4 different surveys we rotate through.

โ—Difficult Locations:    

  • The Common Grill mainly because of rotation. That was the location they really thought the same shoppers were going in. 

๐Ÿ“…  Scheduling Concerns:

Shop Frequency:    1 Shop per location, per month.  However, there are 4 different routes, that I alternate with so we are getting a mixture of different types. 

Rotation:   90 Days Firm.  Longer preferred if possible. 

Shopper Selection: Rotation is the most important when selecting shoppers

    • None. Since we don't have more than one per location, we don't have to worry about overlap.

๐Ÿ”„ What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule:  Within reason if not too close to end of month. 

Scheduler Notes:  Main issue is rotation

โœ๏ธ Editing Concerns:   

 Missing Photos:  With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine.  Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.

โฐ๏ธ Wrong Time:  If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. 

๐Ÿ“… Wrong Date: 

  • If the shopper went on the wrong date, it's fine as long as it is in the correct month.

Notes for Editor: I try to select the best shoppers for these, with at least an 8 rating or higher but sometimes it's difficult because rotation is super strict. 

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo:   For these, I honestly would not ask a shopper to redo. I would just ask scheduler to help Archive & Replace.
