This is a laid-back client, but choose reliable, well spoken shoppers, as these are in high demand, and we can afford to be selective.
🍽️ Shop Type: Dine In, Carryout & Bar
Shopper Pay: $15
Reimbursement: $70 for dining room and bar, $25 for carry-out
📅 Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: 2 Shops per Month per location. We have two routes we alternate between so we do a mix of dine in, carryout and bar.
Rotation: 60 Days Firm
Shopper Selection:
I try to select the best shoppers for these, with at least an 8 rating or higher. I never use new shoppers. If I get a new app, I will wait and someone else that has a good rating will request it.

All shops must be at LEAST 4 days apart
🔄 What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Look at all shops for the month for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.
Scheduler Notes: Main issue is rotation, and shopper needs to have a great rating.
✏️ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.
⏰️ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong time, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.

If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled too close to another shop.

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: For these, I honestly would not ask a shopper to redo. This should never happen, because we do not ever use new shoppers for this client.
