Shop Frequency: 2 Shops per Month (One lunch, one dinner)
Rotation: 60 Days
Blackout Dates: Maintain at least 3-5 days between shops to avoid scheduling them too close together. The first half starts on the 1st, and the second half begins mid-month. Some locations are closed on Sundays; shoppers should check online for hours before visiting.
What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Check the month's schedule and reschedule reasonably, avoiding dates too close to another shop or the end of the month.

Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good jugment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine.
Wrong Time: Client was very specific about time frames. If it's only 15 minutes, warn the shopper. Anything outside of that we will have to Archive & Replace. If it's the wrong meal period all together, check with the scheduler to see if we have one we can swap out.
Notes for the editor: Sometimes the parking reimbursement doesn't show up. If you see this, open an RFA. You can still export the shop though. I will close the RFA before finalizing payroll.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: See what is scheduled already for the day they want, and also where we are in month. We must be done by end of month, so try not to put too close to the end.
