The biggest concern is they don't want a bunch of shops grouped at the beginning of the month, so I have to spread them out.

Depends on the month. Sometimes I have trouble, sometimes not. Columbus seems to be more difficult.

Shop Frequency: One shop per location per month

Only one per month, so no need to watch for overlap.
I don't make the "start date" as the planned date. They can do before their start date. I do mix up start dates though so we get a good mix throughout the month.
🔄 What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: We can be flexible. We have the entire month, just don't put it too close to end.
Scheduler Notes: No scheduling issues.
✏️ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: We really need photos. They like the photos, and have specifically asked for them to always be included.
📅 Wrong Date/Time:
No specific dates or times for these, except they can not do on a holiday. Shop guidelines say 6am-1pm, but if they arrive later, it's fine.
Notes for Editor: Shoppers must order pancakes. Ordering requirements changes every now and then so look at guidelines each month.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: Be mindful of where we are in the month, and don't schedule too close to the end (not after 25th if possible).
