The biggest concern is they think shoppers score them too high. They cut back to one shop per month because of it. Don't give them any grace on anything becuase they really want to know how they are doing.

Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: One shop per location per PERIOD, I have 3 different routes and rotate between them so they get their desired mix of dine in, drive thru, lunch and dinner. They focus more heavily on dinner dine in.
Rotation: 60 days or more. This is FIRM since we only do one shop per month now.

π What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: We can be flexible. We have the entire PERIOD, and since there is only one shop now, we don't have to worry about overlap. Check the period dates before rescheduling.
Scheduler Notes: Rotation is VERY FIRM on this since there are less shops now.
βοΈ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: We really don't have any concerns here with editing reports. They will be okay with a missing photo, but warn shopper.

Wrong Date/Time:
There are no specific dates
If the shopper went at the wrong time, give an hour grace period either way. If they went completely the wrong time, we won't be ble to use it.
Notes for Editor: Make sure shopper isn't being too lenient.
