Main concern is rotation - this client caught a shopper trying to avoid rotation, so I am very careful. I changed the rotation to 90 days firm, but would prefer evem longer if possible. Shoppers shouldn't be opinionated. They are very sensitive about this. One time we had a shopper who made an online complaint with their Guest Relations. They didn't like that.

Shop Frequency: Two shops per location per month

No shops within 5 days of another. We can make exception if needed.
π What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Be flexible if possible, but consider blackout dates.

Missing Photos: We have no concerns with editing reports. If photos are missing but the remaining information is excellent, warn the shopper and process the survey.

Wrong Date/Time:
Client is pretty flexible on this. Shops are after 4:30, but if they arrive slightly early, that's fine.

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: Do not ask shopper to redo. If it's that bad, we need to archive and replace.
