โš ๏ธ โ›”๏ธ ๐Ÿšซ Client Concerns

This is probably the most easy-going client we have.  They love what we do, but it is challenging because these shops are weekly, alternating between lunch/dinner, dining room/bar.   Alcohol is not required to be purchased.

๐Ÿ› Shop Type:   Lunch Dine In, Dinner Dine In (both bar and dining room)

  • Pay is $10 per shop dining room, $15 per shop bar
  • Reimbursement is up to $60.

โ—Difficult Locations:

  • All bar shops are difficult

๐Ÿ“…  Scheduling Concerns:

Shop Frequency: Shops conducted weekly, alternating between lunchdinner, dining room, and bar.

Rotation:   30 days if possible, can make exceptions.  Only reason it's not 60 days is because we do so many.

Blackout Dates: No two shops on the same day, but try to get at least a couple days apart since they are weekly.

What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule:  Look at all shops for the week for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.

Scheduler Notes:  Make sure all get scheduled every week.

โœ๏ธ Editing Concerns:

Missing Photos:  With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine.  Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.

โฐ๏ธ Wrong Time:  If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong meal period, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.

๐Ÿ“… Wrong Date:

  • If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled too close to another shop.

Editor: Client specifically increased reimbursement to cover all ordering requirements, which were specified by the client rather than set internally.

When placing your order, you must include the following items:

  • Appetizer (can be eaten as an entree)
  • Any Entree
  • A Dessert
  • At least one drink other than water

What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo:   These are weekly shops, so consult the scheduler.  I would hesitate to ask a shopper to redo, if their report wasn't good enough the first time. Would be best to probably archive and replace.

Guidelines

*This is the guidelines for the bar. Dining room is exact same except for where they sit.
