The client is easy going and we don't hear from them often, but in the beginning they said we were reusing shoppers too often, when we had a 60 day rotation. We increased rotation to 90 days.

Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: Two shops per month. I have multiple routes for this client, so we can get 6 different shop types completed during the quarter.
Rotation: 90 days FIRM
Blackout Dates: Happy Hour 3-6 pm Monday - Friday Only
Other Shops, no closer than 5 days apart
What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Look at all shops for the month for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.
Scheduler Notes: Make sure all get scheduled every month.
โ๏ธ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent.
โฐ๏ธ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong meal period, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.

Wrong Date:

If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled too close to another shop. If it's Happy Hour, make sure it's M-F.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: Do ask shopper to redo. With the reimbursement so high, archive and replace if the shop was poor enough to not be used.
