The client is concerned we are not getting shops scheduled on time. They also do send reports back for re-score often. They look at video, and challenge shops frequently.

Elizabeth's - Both lunch - $70 Reimbursement

Water Street Oyster Bar - One lunch, one dinner - $70 Reimbursement

Central Kitchen - Both lunch shops, $25 reimbursement

📅 Scheduling Concerns:
Shop Frequency: TWO Shops will be conducted per restaurant each PERIOD. Check period dates here.
Rotation: 60 days if possible, can make exceptions.
Blackout Dates:

No two shops on the same day, but try to get at least a 3 days apart.

El Camino: Tuesday - Saturday ONLY

Elizabeth's - No Monday shops
What to consider if the shopper wants to reschedule: Look at all shops for the PERIOD for that location, and then at the blackout dates above.
Scheduler Notes: Make sure all get scheduled every period.
✏️ Editing Concerns:
Missing Photos: With caution, we can use with some photos missing, but use good judgment. If a food photo is missing, as long as there are NO points deducted for food, it's fine. Warn shopper that client may reject. Only do this if everything else, such as descriptions and narrative is excellent. Client is critical.
⏰️ Wrong Time: If it's an hour off, warn the shopper. If it's the wrong meal period, check for an available shop to arrange a swap.
📅 Wrong Date:

If the shopper went on the wrong date, verify with scheduling to ensure it’s not scheduled too close to another shop.
What to consider if you need to ask the shopper to redo: If it's bad enough to ask for a redo, just archive and replace.
