Step #1 - Check to see if they are working on it with attachments and logged in either that day or evening before. If thereās an attachment, update the due date to the afternoon to just get it out of your way. https://www.loom.com/share/b4f9a2bd8fae4afeac3ee26c5ad1ffac
Step #2 - Check for texts and emails from the shopper (might have to check other extensions besides yours in case they texted another scheduler.)
Step #3 - If they havenāt started working on it, and havenāt reached out via email or text, send them a text similar to the one below. Then also use bulk processing to make a survey note so the editor can mark it late.https://www.loom.com/share/9d3b1a694d1a41be88a2ac61690efec3
Overdue Message: Hi Shopper Name: It's Julie from ACE. š Noticed your Finney's shop is overdue. Could you start working on it it over in the next 2 hours? If you're having any issues or questions, I'm here to help! Thank you for understanding my urgency.
Step #4 - If they fail to respond to your text or submit within 2 hours, mark them as "Do Not Hire" and proceed with an administrative decline. If they communicate, even due to unforeseen circumstances, they wonāt be marked as DNU. However, if they ghost us, mark them DNU. https://www.loom.com/share/caad1de6d1c34d4a826cc487550caf96
*Even if they reply that they are sorry, but canāt reschedule, still go ahead and do an āunexcused administrative declineā and copy/paste the reason in there. This allows us to track how many times they have declined shops.
