First thing in the morning, I go through the declined surveys and set them out, and also go through the overdue shops. Hereās a quick video of my morning routine:
I like to approve applications first just in case someone requests one for that day.
Look at ādeclined shopsā. Declined surveys donāt automatically go back out to pending applications.
Go through overdue shops - check emails and texts before reaching out to the shopper in case they had already reached out to us asking for extensions, etc.
If they havenāt already reached out, check to see if they have attachments. If they have attachments, look to see when they last logged in and if they just logged in the night before or that day, just. update the due date by a few hours so you can move onto the overdue shops where there hasnāt been activity.
Send a text to overdue shoppers that havenāt reached out or added attachments. There is no need to send an email because our Scheduling AI Feature sends an email the day of shop already.
