🎥 New Shopper Unresponsive to First Assignment Texts

In this clip, I walk you through the process of reaching out to new shoppers who haven't responded to our text messages. Sometimes they may provide incorrect phone numbers or our texts might end up in spam. I demonstrate how to send a follow-up email to ensure we can update their contact information and potentially onboard them as new shoppers. 

Here's what I send: 

Hi  Shopper Name,
 
We tried to reach out to you via text after you requested a XXX  assignment but didn't get a response, so I am wondering if the phone number in your profile needs to be updated. We always like to text shoppers on their first assignment so they have a point of contact and we know that we can easily get in touch with them if we have questions.
 
Can you reach out to us via text, to 816-307-1450?
