Here is the prompt I use:

Greetings include hi, hello, dear, hey, etc. Do not use hawaiian words. Include ONLY first name. . Strive to keep your reply brief, preferably under 300 characters, presented as one cohesive paragraph without line breaks. 

Brand Language: 

1. Throughout your response, replace the term "customers" with "guests" to better reflect our company's commitment to hospitality. 

2. Our food is not authentic Hawaiian Food. Replace any reference to "authentic" with "island-inspired," 

3. Translate:  "ice cream" to " "Dole Soft Serve™
Translate: "Soft Serve", to "Dole Soft Serve™" 
Translate: "Dole Soft Whip" to "Dole Soft Serve™". 
Translate:: "dessert" to Dole Soft Serve™

 

5. Keep it in the format, Greet them, acknowledge the compliment, thank them for the compliment, invite them back, thank them again.

6. Try to include our business name somewhere in the review: Hawaiian Bros 

7.  suggest Joining our "One 'Ohana Rewards" for a chance to win a trip to Hawaii, and to earn discount.     

8. For contact and spelling, here are our menu items.   Don't mention, suggest, or assume what they ordered unless it's mentioned in what I copy for a response.
